These terms govern your use of the TeslaMotion website and web app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Safe use

Only watch video or play games while your vehicle is safely parked. Never let the Service distract you while driving, and always follow traffic laws. You are responsible for how and when you use the Service in your vehicle.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

Content and third-party services

TeslaMotion is a player and directory. We don't own or host the TV channels, radio stations, videos or websites you reach through it. Live TV and radio listings come from publicly available sources, and their content belongs to the broadcasters. Availability can change at any time, and some streams may not work in your region. Third-party services such as YouTube and streaming apps are governed by their own terms.

Your playlists and files

If you add your own playlists or game files, you confirm that you have the right to use them. Don't use the Service to access content you aren't authorized to watch or play.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the Service;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use automated tools to scrape or resell the Service or its stream relay;
• share or resell your account.

Free plan and Premium subscriptions

• The free plan includes a weekly allowance of playback time (currently 2 hours), which resets each week. We may change the allowance with notice.
• Premium is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the Account page. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Changes to the Service

We're always improving TeslaMotion, and may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every vehicle or software version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TeslaMotion won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

TeslaMotion is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. Other names and logos belong to their respective owners.
